2023-2024 BACK-TO-SCHOOL

Dear Students and Families,

I hope this letter finds you rested and ready for an exciting new school year. I am so grateful to be returning for my second year as your Eureka High School Principal. It brings me great joy to extend a warm welcome to our returning students and a heartfelt greeting to those who are joining the Eureka High School community.

EHS is proud to offer a learning environment that fosters excellence, compassion, and personal achievement. This year promises to be one filled with inspiration, discovery, and growth. Whether it's pursuing academic excellence, participating in sports, exploring the arts, or being a part of one of our dozens of clubs, every moment at EHS holds the potential to enrich your life. I encourage each and every one of you to seize these opportunities. Embrace every day with enthusiasm and curiosity, knowing that the path to success is paved with consistent effort and engagement.

I want to emphasize that the first step to a successful school-year is to come to school, all day, every day, because attendance counts! Attending school regularly not only enhances your learning experience but also helps build a strong foundation for your future. Each day in the classroom presents an opportunity to engage, learn, and contribute to our school community. Consistent attendance allows you to actively participate in class discussions, collaborate with peers, and take full advantage of the guidance and knowledge of our dedicated educators. Good attendance also builds your ability to be responsible, a quality that will serve you well beyond your years at EHS.

I eagerly await the wonderful moments that the 2023-2024 school-year will undoubtedly bring. From outstanding achievements in academics and extracurriculars to the bonds of friendship and personal growth, there's so much to look forward to.

Welcome back, and go Loggers!

End of Year Library Returns
05/24/2023
Students must return ALL library materials by the last day of school - Thursday, June 15th. Failure to return materials will result in fines on your student's account. Keep an eye out for a paper mailing sent earlier this week, and be sure that students are checking their email where they will find up to date library account information each Tuesday (from May 23rd through the end of the school year). Seniors must resolve any returns and/or fines before graduation in order to receive their diploma.  Thank you for supporting the library with these end of the year chores!

The library is open Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM.
